"During the program I did a lot of writing and did some releasing of old patterns"

Before this program I was unable to let go of some past issues that have kept me stuck and unable to move forward. During the program I did a lot of writing and did some releasing of old patterns. Today I live more in an attitude of gratitude, but still having a couple of life situations I would like to release and move on.
