"I am more than enough"
Before this program, I was broken. My mother didn't want me from the word go. She told me often she didn't want me, that i was a burden to her and I made her life miserable. I knew there was something wrong with me and she would tell me it's all in my head. I took in the blame and shame. I thought this is the way it's going to be for the rest of my life. That life will never get better and that I had better accept that life was just going to happen to me and the only thing I can do is react to life; I have no power to change, redirect my life and it's trajectory. I was wrong! Since then, I have done a lot of work in counseling to realize my mother's reality isn't mine. That I have baggage, I'm not damaged. Actually, I am gifted. I am a talented artist with an incredibly powerful mind. I have a connection to spirit that brings me great joy and satisfaction. I am powerful. I am amazing. I am love, light and beautiful. I am more than enough. During the regression, I heard and saw myself throwing sage into a fire, I heard the sizzle and saw the crackling of sparks that flew into the air to be evaporated forever. So now, whenever I doubt my lovability, I can think of that sage and remember that I am that no more! Thank you Marisa Peer and Mindvalley! This is an amazing experience! Love to all!
