"I do notice that my relationship with food has changed"
After struggling with childhood trauma for nearly 40 years, Flor found healing in weeks that months of traditional therapy couldn't provide. They're releasing guilt and self-hatred while transforming their relationship with food as a coping mechanism.
I am the survivor of childhood sexual abuse and I have been struggling with the effects of that trauma for almost 40 years. I have been through CBT as an adult and I found that this course helped me to move forward, heal and most importantly forgive so that I could let go in a matter a few weeks vs months and months of CBT. I won't say that CBT wasn't helpful but this program helped me to heal the guilt, self doubt, self hatred that I had carried on all my life. I look forward to keep healing on this journey. Also because of my trauma I have always had an unhealthy relationship with food. I cannot say its completely gone after 35 days but I do notice that my relationship with food has changed and I find myself questioning my need for it as a coping tool. Thank you so much, Marisa Peer!
