Benoît, a self-described introvert, discovered an unexpected ease in social connection at A-Fest Ibiza. The Sacral Chai session helped them feel relaxed and naturally at ease, transforming what would typically be an overwhelming experience into an enjoyable evening.
My experience with Sacral Chai at A-Fest in Ibiza was truly memorable. As someone who is naturally introverted, socializing can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming for me. However, during and after the session, I felt a sense of relaxation, happiness, and calm that made connecting with others felt much easier and more natural. I felt at ease in a way that’s not typical for me in social situations.
Dan, the founder, has a warm and genuine demeanor that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He seems like a truly kind and thoughtful person, which created a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone. I’m really grateful for the positive energy that this session brought into my evening.
