Good results can be achieved
Brett found the Silva Life System refreshingly simple and accessible compared to other methods they'd studied. The straightforward approach, free from chanting or mantras, made it easy for them to recommend to others without concerns about religious conflicts.
“[I liked] the simplicity in the model and what can be achieved. I've studied many systems and this [Silva Life System] by far is the easiest system to recommend because there's no chanting, mantras, etc. for those who may be turned off by the idea or scared thinking it might violate their religious programming”
