I also like the reframing of problems in projects
Tammie discovered that the racing thoughts she'd spent years trying to quiet through meditation were actually her creativity and intuition trying to emerge. This realization freed her to embrace her authentic self instead of suppressing it.
Before this quest, I felt that I was losing my authentic self. On this first day, I realized that most of my adult life I have tried to quiet my mind and be in control of all my thoughts with passive meditation and now realize that I don't have to do this. All the various thoughts are really part of my creativity and intuition that I have been pushing down instead of listening to learn and move forward. I also like the reframing of problems in projects. Ready for day 2.
