Mario discovered Mindvalley through Gaia TV during the 2020 lockdowns, when they began exploring meditation and yoga. Now eager to deepen their practice, they're ready to see how the course will transform their way of living.
I am new to this program therefore I still don't have any experience to share at this moment. I found out about this program because of my membership with Gaia TV. This year of 2020, due to all quarantines and lockdowns, I started meditating and practicing Yoga. I am looking forward to seeing what this course has to show to improve my way of living.
