After first encountering Silva Mind Control in the 1970s but never practicing it, Pamela rediscovered the method through Mindvalley decades later. Now, with a lifetime of personal growth behind them, they feel inspired and ready to explore deeper levels of consciousness.
I was in Mexico doing an insect collection for my university back in the 70’s and I met a woman who talked about Silva Mind Control. I took a Silva program after that but never practiced or did anything with it. Fast forward to now and I am so excited to be revisiting this brain work knowing what I have learned through life and my journey and all the personal growth I’ve done. To circle back now and delve into theta and delta brainwaves is so inspiring. When Mindvalley came across my screen talking about Silva I was jolted in my seat. I am ready to go to the next level of personal discovery.
