After first learning Silva 40 years ago, Thomas discovered the Mindvalley course at age 80 and found it reached a much deeper level than any previous Silva training, giving them profound new understanding of the method.

I went to Silva training sessions some 40 Years ago. (I am now 80 years old). I have gained so much from the Mindvalley Silva course, and the depth it went to, and the understanding I now have of the Silva Method. The Mindvalley Silva Ultramind course is on a much deeper level, than any previous Silva courses that I attended.
