Adelaida took three months to fully absorb the Silva Method, moving through it step by step. The journey transformed her health and gave her a profound sense of purpose in contributing to humanity and the planet.
My journey though Silva method has been extraordinary. I’ve not done the course in one single month. It took me about three months to go step by step and absorb and develop the hole content. It’s been relevant to me in many sense. I’m better in health. And I feel a big gratitude to have found a way to contribute to our humanity and planet earth through this technique to help others.
