I first discovered the Master Class on Silva Ultramind, and I was so inspired. Before this masterclass, I did not really know how to visualize let alone know or use altered states of mind. I started practicing the 3 scenes technique and within a week I had amazing results. I really wanted to join the Mindvalley All Access program, so again I used the 3 scenes technique, I received a $500 bonus at work (unheard of during a pandemic right!) and with some birthday money I had received, I was able to join and do the Silva Ultramind quest. I am so grateful to Vishen, Silva Ultramind has really helped in my career, making decisions, with healing and so much more. I am on my 4th quest and am so excited to be part of this great movement.
