After exploring multiple Mindvalley quests and energy medicine, Galyah discovered the Silva Method—a system they'd long wanted to study. Now they're excited to integrate these techniques into both their therapy practice and personal growth journey.
I have taken mane quests with Mindvalley and the energy medicine course. all were great!! looking forward to learning about the Silva system of which I heard about but didn't find a place to learn. This is my opportunity to learn and embody it in my therapy sessions and personal life.
