I have been a meditator for a while, and this technique gave me some short cuts to get into a very relaxed, meditative state. I would say the techniques have confirmed the power of visualization at the alpha level. I'm a sales manager by profession, and I have to say the visualization is such a tremendous part of being successful in my field. Virtually every time I use it, I come close or hit the target on what I wanted to achieve sales-wise. Of course, it helps to have the environment readily at hand for it to gauge immediate results. Visualization makes a person into a "magnet". Now I want to try it in some other areas of my life that I've been putting off.
