“For the first time in almost two decades, I know exactly where to start”
After nearly two decades believing social media wasn't for him, this technology entrepreneur discovered that authenticity and storytelling skills—not a new persona—were the missing pieces to finally connect his personal transformation with his professional vision.
From "Social Media Is Not Me" to "Now I Know Where to Start" For almost two decades as a technology entrepreneur, I believed social media simply was not something I could do. It never resonated with me. I preferred solving technical problems over promoting myself. Every attempt at marketing left me frustrated. Several times I hired marketing agencies and spent a significant amount of money, yet achieved virtually no results. I then turned to Canva and tried creating my own marketing content, but again without meaningful results. By the time I attended the 3-day Social Media Summit I had already undergone 11 years of profound personal transformation through the guidance of my spiritual teacher. I had become more authentic, more confident, and more willing to be visible. Yet I still lacked the practical skills to express that authenticity through my businesses, my teaching, and my own story. I joined Social Media Mastery hoping to learn marketing. What I discovered was something much deeper. Instead of teaching me how to chase followers or get rich quick, every instructor emphasized the importance of authenticity, service, and creating genuine value. To my surprise, these principles were perfectly aligned with the values I had already been living. Rather than contradicting my existing path, the course completed another piece of the puzzle, giving me the practical skills to support the life vision I already had. The biggest breakthrough came when I realized that people do not connect with products or businesses—they connect with people. I did not need separate identities for my businesses and my personal life. My own story, experiences, lessons, and values could become the bridge that builds trust. I also realized something humbling: my biggest limitation was not mindset anymore—it was a lack of skills. Social Media Mastery gave me those skills. Storytelling, hooks, content strategy, AI collaboration, and understanding how to communicate with clarity, intention and authenticity all became practical tools instead of intimidating mysteries. Today, I no longer feel pressured to become someone else online. I finally understand that my own story is enough. I simply need the skills to tell it. For the first time in almost two decades, I know exactly where to start.
