Social Media Mastery

Grew mental health brand to 1,000 followers in two months

Quick summary

A camera-shy psychiatrist and professor overcame her fear of being seen to launch her mental health brand, Manvriksha. She gained 1,000 followers in two months and transformed her view of social media from a marketing platform into a tool to scale her impact and reach millions.

Before this program, I was a psychiatrist, professor, and life coach, but I was extremely camera shy. I wanted to educate people through social media, yet I was afraid of being seen and judged. I believed that simply posting valuable content would be enough, but I lacked the confidence and strategy to grow. Thanks to this program, the promise of going from "camera shy to confident on camera" truly became a reality for me. I realized that I didn't need to worry about how I looked on camera—I needed to focus on the people I wanted to help. I started my mental health brand, Manvriksha, and grew my first 1,000 followers within two months. More importantly, I learned how to think strategically about content. Sara Snow's on-camera techniques, Marie Forleo's lessons on confidence, the Hook Point team's framework for hooks and performance drivers, Chris Do's chunking method for creating hundreds of content ideas from a single niche, Dominic Ashburn's practical AI integration, Natalie Ellis's funnel strategies, John Lee's social media business lessons, and the guidance from Sabrina and all the other mentors completely changed how I approach content creation. And now, I no longer see social media as just a marketing platform—I see it as a way to scale my impact. I'm still learning and growing every day, but I now have the confidence, skills, and systems to build a meaningful personal brand. I truly believe that, with everything I've learned from this program, I can reach and positively impact millions of people through evidence-based mental health education. I'm deeply grateful to all the mentors for making this transformation possible.
