I'm really pleased to be here because Sonia has been the most incredible teacher for me and has really transformed my life in many different ways.

I originally first met her in 2008 in London. I visited her workshop.

Before I met Sonia, I would sometimes follow my intuition and sometimes not.

And like many other people, maybe not because it just sounds a bit weird or sounds odd and you just have a feeling and people say, no, that's not right. Just be sensible, be rational, be logical. In that two-hour workshop, after 30 minutes of listening to Sonia talking about being intuitive, I really felt as though I had been steamrolled in my third eye.

I was not used to this, however, I actually listened to the intuition here and it said: "Sign up to Sonia's workshop". She was coming back to London fairly shortly afterwards. And I just thought, whatever this is, I need to do this. I'm going to follow it. She came back to London and I started training with her because her teaching was just so fantastic.

What I learned from Sonia was to be clear that when you have your sixth sense and when you go inside, when you trust that information - it's got your back. I feel that I am fully supported.

Whichever of the techniques and tools that Sonia teaches: you know that you have internal resources. So I think that was one of the huge transformations that I've had from Sonia.
