Speak and Inspire is the most amazing, inspiring quest of learning to use your voice. I have been inspired to step out of my comfort zone, to step into my uniqueness, and to share the deepest, darkest parts of myself. The most valuable lesson I learned was to speak as if I were talking to a dear friend whether it was one person or one thousand. To use every opportunity to inspire others through words, kindness and being real. Lisa teaches very specific techniques that you can use in all aspects of your life whether in front of an audience or not. I am motivated and inspired to follow my dream. I joined this class to learn how to build a speech, but what I actually learned was to honor who I am as a person, to be unafraid to speak my truth and step into my greatness.
