“The mirror work has been and still is a powerful "technique" to re-discover the most honest me”

Quick summary

Inmaculada transformed mirror work into a daily practice of self-love and gratitude. What began as a technique evolved into celebrating achievements, replacing self-judgment with understanding, and recognizing they are never alone in this world.

Self-work day...

* The mirror work has been and still is a powerful "technique" to re-discover the most honest me and let myself reconnect with my body, my mind, and my spirit... And from there with new eyes reconnect with the world. The technique has evolved during these two months...

I'm proud that you... has become more of a statement of love and respect... I hug myself all the time and celebrate everyday "achievements", no matter how small or big this could be and I laugh instead of crying.

I forgive that you... Has become "I understand that you" most of the time... It is a kinder way to put it and comes from a place of reassurance, more than a place of judgment.

I commit to... Has become my journal...

And I have added... 7 things I'm thankful for... Which it is a blessing and a reminder I'm not alone in this world.

* My reflection about carefrontation, as I said yesterday in my video, this technique is super-useful!!!! I'm still in the process of mastering, sometimes I'm unaware of keeping my center, and my mind tries to come back to the old format (aka confrontation). As Lisa Nichols explains consistency is a must here!!!

Your feedback and support have been my leitmotiv for my transformational process... I can't say loud enough how thankful I am for having you as friends, as brothers and sisters!!!!
