Spending five months training with Eric Edmeades and diving deep into the art of inspiring people has been one of the best investments I’ve made, both professionally and personally.

I’m a professor of economics and no stranger to speaking in front of large academic audiences. But after publishing my book on how to turn the brain from an adversary into an ally — to move away from stress, overwhelm, and self-doubt — I realised that I didn’t just want to share knowledge.
