"I feel clearer on how to truly discover how I can serve people"

Quick summary

Lauren discovered a crucial shift in her coaching approach: instead of assuming what clients need, she learned to ask what they would actually pay for. This realization transformed her understanding of service from imposing solutions to genuine curiosity about her audience's true desires.

Before I started this program, I knew that, while I have some clear thoughts on who I'd like to service and how, I still feel unworthy and unsure how to begin. Thanks to this program, while I'm still grappling with confidence (and looking at personal coaching for myself to assist), I feel clearer on how to truly discover how I can serve people. The biggest aha moment for me came through the 'Selling is love' lesson and realising that I've spent a lot of time creating a specific solution that works for me and, while it is based on interviews with my ideal client, I never asked them what they would like coaching on. A simple question, but what would they personally pay for that would serve them. All this time, I've been assuming that I know the answer and putting my own lens what I believe the issue is for them, rather than truly being curious about what it is that they are looking for. I'm excited to discover what will serve my audience rather than just saying how I want to serve my audience. I still feel like I'm at the beginning of my journey and I am scared, but I believe I'm pointed in the right direction now.
