I am just starting out with my business as a resilience coach. I have had the first clients, but things still seemed a little "rocky". So when I saw this program, I decided it certainly would not hurt to enroll. And I am glad I did! As the program went along, I learned a lot - for example, what a difference wording can make when addressing potential customers - depending on their personal type of learning. Or, what a difference knowing both my own as well as the client's personality type may make. I had designed packages before, but had not made a true 6 month (or any month, for that matter) plan for neither me, nor my methodology, nor my business. Now that I have, as part of this course, it clarified quite a lot. And yes, in more than one aspect taking the course also led to a change in my own mindset - I decided to "upgrade" in a number of ways. One very visible thing being getting a new, "classy" logo. A class worth taking!
