I was working in the textile field for about 16 years but wasn't satisfied somewhere as to how to grow. I mean I was feeling stuck as nothing new was happening no matter how many jobs I switched how many new bosses I have worked with even new and inspiring field I tried to work in but all was looking the same. Same old routine same kind of bosses similar office colleagues pattern. I was totally fed up with this. Then I started listening to podcast for motivation and somewhere I heard of Vishen Lakhiani talking about goal setting and in the same podcast I heard Jim. I don't know what attracted me to him I started listening to his podcast and in no time I was in his masterclass. First time in my life I watched a full one-hour video. From there I do everything to keep myself inspired to be on this journey of coaching people who are suffering like me. Thanks, Ajit for all the methodology and concepts you shared and your book on Coaching and Jim's book Limitless is going to remain with me for a lifetime as my daily motivation.
