I have been in leadership positions in a corporate sector, thus I was leading within the framework of the company, its ethos, processes, values and culture. I was suffering from lack of confidence of leading beyond the authority of my corporate position. Plus my previous coaching course was highly "theoretical" and left me feeling uncertain. The practicalness of this programme, has liberated me and and has allowed me to be myself and bring my whole and complete self to the Coaching Container so that I can serve wholly, compassionately, lovingly and respectfully while flowing and soaking myself in the energy of the moment. Within a two days of "GETTING IT" and allowing myself to be myself, I signed up to sizeable contracts and I feel unstoppable. Yes, out of the 6 cold calls I made, 4 were declines, however the lessons from these 4 declines are helping me to put bold and intentional proposals.
