Born in Lisbon (in 1960), my life’s odyssey has taken me to spend much time in South Africa, the U.S.A., Madeira Island, the Far East, Spain, Mozambique and my motherland, Portugal. Along the way,learning, growing, innovating and transforming in the direction of always living as the best version of myself has made me realize that being of service to others is what makes me fullfilled as a human being. I have done it for most of my life (how fortunate I’ve been!). Through different studying,working and experiencing journeys, my own growth has been correlated to the Other’s growth. Whether via the Hospitality Industry (5 star Hotel Management),the media (as radio and television content producer and presenter, author of newspaper and magazine articles, book translations), the health and wellness field(teaching, counselling, tutoring, as a Macrobiotic consultant and Department Head at Sha Welness Clinic), or simply by cooking nurturing meals, serving is my purpose. Serving with joy,honesty, empathy, valuable content and compassion. I believe in investing in growth and (disjointed) learning. The techniques I learnt on this Programme have risen up my motivational levels in an exceptional way. Being the change I want to see in the world via Coaching will for sure be a transformational journey form now on. It really incredible how way Ajit makes us look into our own story as a tool to become a good coach. Well, I am for sure much more aware of my life's cycles and how I can put all set backs to work not only for me but also for my clients.
