"This course reinforced much of what I learned on the job and added other ideas"

Excellent program. I am just beginning. My past included several jobs where I helped people define processes, resolve problems and smooth out disagreements. This course reinforced much of what I learned on the job and added other ideas. The videos were excellent. The assignments with each session reinforced the material presented.
