Supporting clients without having to fix them or have all the answers
Kev discovered a transformative approach to coaching that freed them from needing all the answers. Through this quest, they gained confidence in supporting clients through powerful questions and compassionate presence rather than trying to fix problems.
This quest gave me tons of confidence about being a coach and supporting my clients without having to “fix” them or have all the answers but to be an effective catalyst using questions, challenges delivered with love and total acceptance of what the client brings....
