"This is not just a quest but a transformative experience"
Tasneem transformed their relationship with social media from daily devotion to once-a-week use by identifying internal triggers and regaining control. The quest helped them master simple productivity strategies that profoundly impacted how they approach efficiency in all aspects of life.
My interest in productivity sparked many years ago, and that fascination continues to kindle my curiosity to learn more about productivity. When I saw Vishen Lakhayani’s quest for Super Productivity, I could not resist doing it.
This is a 6-day quest filled with valuable information enhancing efficiency, focus, and productivity. It covers a range of strategies, methods, and tools useful in personal and professional settings to achieve optimal results. Vishen’s approach to productivity is so simple that anyone can master it. He helps us identify internal and external distractions or triggers, teaches us the art of quick decision-making, and highlights the importance of respecting our bodies, time, and energies.
Before doing this quest, I was a devoted fan and frequent social media user. Thanks to this quest, I recognised and understood my internal triggers and regained control over the use of social media. I have successfully transformed my habit to the point where I use social media only once a week. It’s a big win!
I highly recommend this quest to anyone who aspires to learn productivity hacks. This is not just a quest but a transformative experience that has profoundly impacted how I approach and manage my productivity in different aspects of my life.
