"He helped me create a routine that seriously enabled me to gather in my scattered thoughts and focus"
Fearing early dementia, Barbara sold her business to spend time with family. Through Superbrain, she discovered her symptoms stemmed from stress and exhaustion, and built a routine that helped her focus and remember again.
I recently sold my doggie daycare business. There were many factors but one of the main reasons was I felt I was in the beginnings of dementia. I could not remember names, dates, conversations and always lost my train of thought. I felt that I only had a few years left to spend with family and contribute in a broader way. I realize now that a lot of my “symptoms” were from exhaustion and stress. I found Superbrain and thought if I can extend my years of mental adroitness even just a few it would be worth it. I believe I was on the right track but Jim helped me jump start the process. He helped me create a routine that seriously enabled me to gather in my scattered thoughts and focus. My brain has an anchor now when I am meeting new people or working on a project. I don’t have every homework project completed but that is part of my focus every day.
