"Hoping going through Superbrain would help me more to better understand and teach my people in the office how to learn better"
Hugo built a successful construction firm but struggled to transform it from a mom-and-pop operation into a systematic, professional company. Despite earning his PMP certification, he found transferring knowledge to his team challenging, leading him to Superbrain to discover better ways to teach and learn.
I'm an engineer and started a construction firm in 2004. Went through so many projects along the way and found it fulfilling however, I feel I needed to boost our company's way of doing things better, but struggled on how to go about motivating staff and crew about what I'm envisioning for my company from mom and pop style of running the construction to professionally and systematically way of doing things. Hence, this is my quest and hope to achieve this goal. Initially, I took up a course in Project Management and got a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification by taking the exam in Project Management Institute. Now, I'm in a series of going through lessons to gain more understanding on how to transfer this knowledge back to my staff and crew, which is taking a little harder than I thought to accomplish. Hoping going through this Superbrain seminar would help me more to better understand and teach my people in the office how to learn better as I am going through it myself.
