"I begin my day differently and have incorporated the techniques to remember names of people I encounter"
After years of brain fog and memory loss, Michele discovered their struggle wasn't permanent—it was an observation issue. Now they're remembering names, staying present in conversations, and feeling hopeful about connecting meaningfully with others.
Before this program I had resigned myself to be the person that reads a thousand books and later cannot remember if I had even read the book before, much less what the book was about.
I listened to people talk and then the conversations would be out of my head as soon as the next conversation occurred. I accepted the brain fog and memory loss to my autoimmune disorder and medications and gave up hope of having intelligent conversations with people because even though I had read and researched, I couldn't recall any details of the subject.
After completing only the masterclass and day one of this course, I realize that I have an observation issue. I begin my day differently and have incorporated the techniques to remember names of people I encounter. I am aware when I am not present and not paying attention. Reminding myself of my motivation and desire to connect with others helps me to pay attention.
I am using these techniques already and feel stronger and hopeful that I really can learn and speak intelligently with others.
