"I now know my memory is improving"

Quick summary

Richard discovered that improving memory isn't a one-time fix but a journey of practice. Through Jim's Superbrain program, they learned practical techniques for everyday life and now understand that building better memory habits requires consistent effort and patience.

Thanks to this Superbrain program, I now know my memory is improving because I have been taught how to TRAIN it! Jim went into detail about memory techniques and ways we can use them in our everyday life. I know it is going to be a constant effort to think about keeping the mechanics of memory I learned in my life EVERY day. It isn't a one time, "Oh, now I learned it and have" it kind of program. It is one that requires us all to go back and PRACTICE the techniques until we develop them into habits. I found that my old ways want to just come back and play...lol. I have to keep at it to sometimes adding ONE of Jim's suggestions into my new/better way of doing things regarding memory. Everyone, including me, is different. Inch by inch...life's a cinch!
