Brandy is deepening their coaching practice in healthy habits and Ayurvedic lifestyle medicine, with dreams of opening a therapeutic spa where they can build community and teach people how to truly nourish their bodies.
My goal and drive to participate in this program is to continue coaching people in the way of healthy habits and Ayurvedic lifestyle medicine. My ultimate mission is to open a therapeutic spa to have a physical place to build community and teach as many people as possible how to care for and nourish their bodies.
