"The biggest gain I have from the [program] is that I now have the belief that I can have a good memory."
After struggling to find her car in parking lots and remember names, Cindia discovered that memory is a skill that can be learned. Now she effortlessly recalls new faces and names, gaining confidence in her ability to maintain a sharp memory.
It’s a matter of learning how to remember better. I used to have problems finding my car. I would walk around the parking lot for over an hour. I now can find my car easily. I also used to have problems remembering names and faces. I now can remember names of people I’ve just met without much effort. Knowing that my memory will continue to be OK as long as I work on it gives me so much confidence.
