"I am remembering much better what I read and it keeps on my memory for the long term"

I am very happy I joined this program, in fact, I am very happy I watched the Master Class for this Quest so not only I joined the Quest, I also joined to Mindvalley All Access, which is giving me the opportunity to follow and grow with other Quests.

I have always considered myself not a fast reader, mainly because I am a calm and relaxed person, and I try to do everything with calm...including reading.

Imagine that my first base rate was 165 wpm. Now, I am really enjoying the speed, I have finished with 510 wpm, and I am sure, I can even increase that speed once I continue doing the exercises (4-3-2-1) and reading 30 minutes a day.

Also, I am remembering much better what I read and it keeps on my memory for the long term, especially, when I do it with work technical documents.

I have done the Quest 2 times, I arrived to lesson 20, and re-started again, and meanwhile that, I was teaching it also to my "sister in law" who loves reading.

I really advise doing this exercise of teaching, for this Quest and any other Quest. Really, you can see the improvement of teaching.

So, for anyone that is reading this story and is thinking about joining or not the Quest, I can confirm you, and assure you, that will change your life!!

Also, I don't want to lie, you need to do the work, you need to practice and read every day, otherwise you would not see the results. But once you reach the speed and more important the comprehension, you will see the world and your life in a different way.
