The 6 Phase Meditation

"Meditation became part of who I am becoming"

Before this program, meditation was something I wanted to understand, but I struggled to find my way into it. I had no real structure, no rhythm, and I didn’t fully understand the power of beginning my practice with intention.

Today, that has completely changed.

Through this program, I have learned that setting an intention is more than simply deciding what I want from my meditation—it is choosing how I want to meet my life. I have stayed committed to my practice every day, and somewhere along the way, meditation stopped being something I was trying to do and became part of who I am becoming.

My life has changed drastically.

I have more patience with others. I am learning to slow down, listen, and respond differently. Most importantly, I am learning to love myself—my body, my journey, my imperfections, and the woman I am becoming.

The 20-20-20 practice has become part of my daily life. I not only read The 6 Phase Meditation, but also The Code of the Extraordinary Mind, a book I now carry with me almost like a personal bible for the life I am creating. I journal. I study. I listen. I have made a list of the books Vishen has recommended and recently ordered four more. I listen to them on Audible and absorb what resonates with me, applying what aligns with the person I am becoming and the way I desire to structure my life.

But of everything I have learned through Mindvalley—the courses, the books, the masterclasses, and the practices—one message from Vishen’s Becoming Extraordinary masterclass reached somewhere deeper within me:

“The Universe gives you who you are.”

Those words became a turning point for me.

Together with Consciousness Engineering, they helped me recognize that transformation is not simply about changing what happens around me. It is about becoming conscious of who I am, what I believe, how I choose to live, and what I bring into the world.

I feel more and more as though I am spirit living a human experience.

Somewhere deep within me, I always knew there was more to this life than simply being born, living, and dying. There is an extraordinary space in between—and I feel as though I have finally discovered how to inhabit it.

To be present for it.

To grow through it.

To love through it.

To consciously create within it.

And perhaps most beautifully, to actually live it.

I am in that sweet spot now—learning how to live fully in the in-between. Not waiting for life to begin. Not searching outside of myself for all the answers. But becoming more awake, more intentional, more loving, and more present for the life that is already here.

It has been an extraordinary journey, and I know I am still only beginning.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Thank you for giving me tools that have helped me discover something priceless:

a life that is no longer simply being lived—but a life I am consciously, deeply, and gratefully living.
