Joined the first-ever out-of-body experience study with IONS

The Art of Astral Projection Quest Deepened My Understanding of Consciousness Before joining the Art of Astral Projection Quest with Jade Shaw, my interest in out-of-body experiences was rooted mostly in curiosity. I was fascinated by the topic but unsure how real or accessible these states truly were. From the beginning, Jade’s teaching style completely shifted my perspective. She presented astral projection not as something mystical or sensational, but as a natural exploration of consciousness approached with clarity, safety, and respect. Her meditations helped me reach deeper states of awareness than I had ever experienced before, allowing me to relax, trust the process, and explore without force. What stood out most was how the Quest deepened my interest in the subject. I began approaching astral projection with greater curiosity, discipline, and openness, which eventually led me to become part of the first-ever OBE study witH IONS. Being involved in scientific research around consciousness felt like a meaningful extension of what began as a personal journey through this Quest. The Art of Astral Projection was more than a learning experience—it was a turning point. Jade Shaw’s guidance helped me trust my own inner experiences and inspired me to continue exploring consciousness in a grounded and responsible way. I’m deeply grateful to Jade and Mindvalley for creating a space where inner exploration is truly honored.
