The Art of Manifesting

Launched memoir, grew business, and learned to receive the care I give others

Quick summary

A former nurse and massage therapist who spent years caring for others finally learned to receive support herself. Through 28 days of guided practice, she transformed from an exhausted caregiver into a confident coach who now creates space for both ambition and wellbeing.

Before this program, I was balancing motherhood, multiple businesses, financial pressure, and big dreams while feeling responsible for holding everything together. As a former critical care nurse and licensed massage therapist, caring for others was familiar territory. Making space to receive support myself took more intention.

I’m also newer to the coaching industry. I had invested in training and developed a meaningful toolbox, but I was still building the confidence to fully step into the coach I knew I was deep down. I knew how to work hard—girl, that part was well practiced. I wanted to grow without making exhaustion the price of success.

Thanks to this program, I got to experience being on the receiving end of tools I had learned to offer others. Recognizing NLP, Time Technique, meditation, and hypnosis while being guided through them myself was a powerful experience. I understood what was happening, and I could also feel what it was like to participate.

That gave me a deeper appreciation for the person being coached and strengthened my confidence in my own skills. It helped me connect my nursing and massage therapy experience with the coaching work I’m stepping into. I feel more confident bringing these tools into my practice, my business, and my courses.

Throughout the 28 days, I made space for listening, meditation, journaling, and practical action. One unexpected moment helped me recognize a change in myself: after giving a prenatal massage, a large snake fell from my office doorway right at my feet. I’m normally terrified of snakes, but I stayed calm, motioned for it to move away, and walked my client out. I didn’t notice my heart racing. That ordinary workday gave me an extraordinary moment of realizing, “Something in me is different.”

During this same month, my memoir became available on Audible, my business websites went live, and I invested in further education to build more support into my businesses. Alongside those milestones, I was becoming clearer about my priorities and the kind of life I want to create.

And now, my life is more intentional, and I feel more confident in how I move forward. I still have responsibilities and challenges, but I’m making room for ambition, boundaries, support, and wellbeing together. One of my biggest personal takeaways is that I deserve to receive the same care and guidance I so willingly give others.

I recommend this Quest especially to women, mothers, business owners, and newer coaches who are used to being the ones holding everything together. Giving yourself time to receive, reflect, and experience these practices can be deeply meaningful.

Regan, if you’re reading this, I truly appreciate the time, energy, care, and intention you poured into this 28-day program. The meditations and guided experiences helped me trust my skills and step forward with more confidence as the coach I know I am.

Amazing feels like an understatement. For me, this was truly life-changing.
