“Things are starting to work out for me as if by magic”
Despite having great relationships and doing everything right on paper, she felt stuck in fulfilling her purpose of creating sustainable urban development. After engaging with Mindvalley's teachings, she experienced an instant shift—her business picked up, aligned projects materialized, and a collaborative partnership formed to bring her building prototype vision to life.
Before reading this book my life was great. I had wonderful relationships with my children, friends, and family ... but I wanted to be more needed by my community and to work toward fullfilling my purpose in a more directional and aligned way for more successful putcomes. After reading Code of the Extraordinary Mind, and attending Vishen's Summits, paying attention to the lessons, I feel like a veil has lifted slightly and things are starting to work out for me as if by magic. I'm not suddenly where I plan to be in my long term goal, but there has definitely been an instant shift geared in the direction I was wanting to go, where previously no movement was happening. The reason I purchased and read the book, and am attending as many of the Mindvalley Summits, and watching Vishen's YouTube etc is because I feel like there is something blocking my progress and I felt stuck, even though I was doing all the right things on paper ... the connections and demand weren't happening. What I was hoping to achieve/learn was how to remove the blocks in my way of living out my purpose during my lifetime. I am creating a BUILDING PROTOTYPE that will change the way urban development is done, and pave the way to healing the damaging environment that was created, and continues to be created, by developers driven by profit first with no consideration for the health and well-being of the inhabitants. Efficiency, beauty, and healthy material selection, with balance between privacy and shared spaces is what we need. To recrete connection in our communities, kindness, safety, and care for our home earth for well-being and longevity of the human species. Reasons why I recommend this book and any subsequent courses or short learnings, is that it will open your mind to focus on the truth and courage you need to move forward on your chosen path in a more aligned way, which will increase the speed in which you make progress toward whatever YOUR goal is. Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes in my life are: 1) my bnb rooms are busy again, 2) I got a booking for a cool little custom project which is so aligned, and this project also opened up the possibility of a market gap that I could fulfill amd collaborate with one of my connections to help protect our native wildlife in New Zealand. 3) my friend has moved into my home and she and I plan to work together in my business, it's more impactful with two than one, when goals/dreams and values are aligned. She and I are complimentary to each other, so I see good things in the future. My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this book & it's trachings are 1) I am doing well to be a person who is not bound by the culturescape. It means I am aligned to be working on the BUILDING PROTOTYPE because in order to lead positive change you need to be floating outside of the culturescape. I already am, so that gives me confidence in myself a little. 2) a lot of what Vishen speaks about in his book, and throughout all these learnings, is very aligned with what I believe in my primal being. There is something inside of you that knows the truth, and yearns for it. This is what this has done - clarity for my soul. 3) so many other things, but specifically blissipline, kensho. I live in joy at all times and when things are not joyful it is a signal that things need to shift. Kensho reminds me that something great is coming when I have temporary discomfort. The biggest positive change I’ve noticed is my boundaries are stronger than they were before. I choose to say yes or no, or direct and delegate depending on what is appropriate. Though this is a huge lesson for me, so I'll be working on it for a while yet to perfect the balance! Thanks so much Vishen for your contribution to making our world extraordinary ♡ You're doing a really good job.
