The Habit of Ferocity

Because of this program, I was able to refine my WHY by identifying my area of curiosity

Quick summary

After struggling with inconsistent routines despite daily planning, this student discovered the missing piece: a refined sense of purpose. By identifying their area of curiosity and MTP, they built sustainable habits that honor both ambition and the biological need for rest.

Before this program, I thought I was working at my best because I had a daily plan and focused on completing my list daily. But I lacked consistency. There were moments when I would fall off from my routine for a few days or weeks because I was unaware of what was wrong.

But, because of this program, I was able to refine my WHY by identifying my area of curiosity, learning my MTP, and then refining my habits around it. Also, creating a weekly grit challenge, identifying my MTFs, and creating a plan around it have been significant for my learning tool kit. Finally, realizing that ferocity is not something you do without taking a break. I have it playing in my mind, what Steven said, we are biological beings, and we need to rest and recover. Therefore, the creation of a plan to relax and recover is crucial.

Steven, thank you for sharing your knowledge to help uplift others. Also, thank you for responding to my questions on Facebook; it speaks to your spirit of helping others.

I appreciate you!
