My biggest insight of the quest is thoughts are not the enemy during meditation that’s stress leaving the body!
I’m so grateful to have been introduced to the M word practice. I originally found small snippets Of this on YouTube. I have been doing the M word for over 8 months now and Thanks to this program I I have a much deeper connection to myself. Thanks to this program most of the time I respond not react. Thanks to this program I am able to take my self-confidence through the roof. Thanks to this program I no longer have insomnia. That’s to this program I no longer have an urgent need to cry when I picture my parents or say their names. And now my life is grounded. I feel more connected with the present moment.

I grew up in a non-loving environment because my parents did not know how to love themselves.
I longed for a deeper connection. I trial and error as much as I could until I couldn’t.
I grew up in Las Vegas where there is no age to be yourself. With no voice, no way to hold my own. And thinking I couldn’t do it.
Now with the support of the quests and the community, I am able to speak my truth freely. I am able to not fall into my people-pleasing nature. To continue to strive for healing of my family trauma.
I was bullied a lot as a kid. I was treated as a nice girl. And nice girls couldn’t be smart back then. I’ve learned to let go of these negative thoughts.
I’ve learned from my past when I saw that money can’t buy happiness no matter how much you have. I’ve also lost all of my money and started over. So it’s all about resilience.
