"This is my first day on mindvalley and this is my first quest"
Because this is my first day on mindvalley and this is my first quest, I will just tell my story premindvalley. So where can I start... I was always, in some ways, spiritual. I did meditation before and practiced tai chi for 2 years mostly 3 times a day. I can tell I was pretty proud of myselfe. But the sad thing... I stopped. And it took me 3 years to start it again last november. But I didn't do it everyday. My biggest problem is that I am really down because I can't travel anymore and meet new people. I stuck in my country. And there are not a lot of options to do. That's why I decided to join this course here to do something for my life and not feel petty for myself I guess. And I feel really excited to be here and it gives me somehow courage. That's it for now. Thanks PS: sorry for my bad english, I am not a native ;) Ps ps: I just took the first photo of me with my only friend right now. It's a donkey. But even he left me...
