"I am learning new techniques to rebuild myself, become stronger, and developing the ability to see how the Universe is manifesting blessing in my life"
I have struggled the last couple of years with a perfect storm of loss. MY family was a victim of unexpected and needless police brutality. I have a middle-class successful family, living in a beautiful middle-class neighborhood. However, not having very good resilience skills at a time of crisis contributed to a devastating incident that left me injured, losing my hearing in my right ear from police gunfire in close proximity to my ear, and shrapnel in my left arm. My son who was a second-year student at UMES doctor of physical therapy program was unexpectedly shot with no warning by police, leaving him maimed, and permanently injured losing his left index finger, a majority of his right bicep scarred and an inoperable bullet lodged 2 cm from his heart. His extensive injuries and resulting PTSD cost him his place in his doctorate program and ended his education, career, and future lively hood. I have taken the Silva Ultramind System and the Marissa Peers, An Uncompromised Life. Even as Old as I am, I am learning new techniques to rebuild myself, become stronger, and developing the ability to see how the Universe is manifesting blessing in my life during Covid-19. We have remained to be financially blessed and healthy. I am able to now focus my attention on the Civic work that I love, fighting for the causes I hold fiercely important, such as climate change, access to clean food and water, saving our public lands in the USA, Conserving wildlife and habitat and especially and top priority Social Justice and Police Reform. I am hoping that after implementing Srikumar Rao strategies in my life, i will become totally " Unfkable" and able to accomplish some meaningful change to make this a kinder, more compassionate world.
