Building a business around proprietary ideas, not just consulting services
A scattered consultant transformed her business model by learning to ask better questions. She shifted from chasing meetings to attracting clients with content, and from selling services to building proprietary intellectual property with clear strategic direction.
Before this program, I was building my consulting business by selling services. I knew I could help organizations, but my thinking was scattered. I had lots of ideas and opportunities, but I wasn't always clear about how they fit together or where to focus. Thanks to this program, I began asking better questions. Many of the prompts challenged me to think differently about my business, my intellectual property, my team, and the impact I want to create. They didn't just give me marketing ideas, they helped clarify my thinking and reshape my strategy. And now my life is more focused and intentional. My marketing strategy is much clearer. I'm creating content to generate signals of interest instead of chasing meetings. I'm building a business around proprietary ideas and intellectual property, not just consulting services, and I have much greater clarity about where I'm headed and how to get there.
