Presenting a TEDx talk after finally believing I am enough

Quick summary

Despite certifications and 10,000 clients, Amy struggled with imposter syndrome until Marisa Peer's work helped her embrace "I am enough." The transformation improved her relationship with her teen daughter overnight and changed how she relates to food.

It's had an enormous impact on my life and work. I am about to present a TEDx on Intimacy. I have certification in multiple modalities international training from the best and still told myself I was not enough because I don't have a Ph.D. or answer to board even though I have over a decade and 10k clients. Hearing Marisa Peer’s story and doing her exercises over and over helped me get the old stories out of my way.

This program helped my relationship with my teen daughter. Specifically the exercise of being rejection-proof. It was an overnight change. It also helped my relationship with food as I became aware of the messages I was telling myself. I replay the program frequently and share "I am enough", so simple and effective.
