"My life is richer with a set of empowering tools"
Maru discovered empowering tools that transformed doubt into self-determination. Now equipped with a values-based compass, they can reframe challenges and elevate beyond difficult emotions with greater acceptance and autonomy.
And now, my life is richer with a set of empowering tools that brought a deep understanding of where doubt comes from and how to handle it to embrace unshakable self-determination.
I not only see my lighthouse from wherever I stand at any moment of my day, I have a compass based on my main values to reframe negative or adverse events and elevate myself from my emotions. Cognitive restructuring increases my acceptance, autonomy, agency and adaptability. Thanks Mindvalley team for the opportunity to beta test this beautifully delivered and invaluable quest.
