First of all, I want to thank Eric and MindValley and all the people who have made this magic possible, including me, of course. It has been a wonderful adventure, something that is now forever, of the highest value. I was always a woman very blessed by nature and food was never something I even thought about, I always kept myself in great shape, without excesses or bad habits, at a healthy weight and focused on my art, my music, singing and composing, traveling, I've sung in 22 countries, lucky me, with spiritual studies alongside, always researching, reaching new goals and becoming more and more aware of the light of my being, and that's how I keep expressing it in my work, 17 albums and a Best-Seller. When I became a mother my body transformed with 14 K more that I lost after giving birth, although I stayed a little above my usual, 53 K, I had always hovered between 49 and 50. All good up to here, super happy with my motherhood, my son grew up healthy and wonderful. About 7 years ago my body started saying here I am, I didn't mind having 10 K. more either, and I kept ignoring that it could be the signal to really take action. In May 2023 my scale went up to 66 and that was like a click in my mind. I had bought the WildFit program 3 years earlier and hadn't started it yet, even though I'm the typical person who sees things through to the end, the moment was now. I've followed it with a lot of enthusiasm and pretty faithfully with some exceptions, result, 55 K, 💪💪💪, and a shingles (herpes zoster) that used to come out pretty often hasn't shown its face, I think it won't come back. All that's left is to finish off a rosacea flare-up that showed up for the first time during the pandemic and is still around, but I'm sure it will go away too as I continue the WildFit life. This program should be part of basic education worldwide. An infinite hug.

Lo primero dar las gracias a Eric y MindValley y a todas las personas que han hecho posible esta magia, incluida por supuesto yo. Ha sido una maravillosa aventura, algo que ya es para siempre, de un altísimo valor. Siempre fui una mujer muy agraciada por la naturaleza y jamás fue la comida algo en lo que ni siquiera pensar, siempre me mantuve muy bien, sin excesos ni malos hábitos, con un peso saludable y enfocada en mi arte, mi música, cantar y componer, hacer viajes, he cantado en 22 países, suerte la mía, con estudios espirituales paralelos, siempre investigando, alcanzando nuevas metas y tomando cada vez más consciencia de la luz de mi ser, así voy plasmándolo en mi obra, 17 discos y un Best-Seller. Hace unos 7 años empezó mi cuerpo a decir aquí estoy yo, tampoco me importó tener 10 K. más, y seguí ignorando que podía ser la señal para realmente tomar acción. Había comprado el programa de WildFit 3 años antes y no lo había empezado aún, a pesar de que soy la típica persona de hacer las cosas hasta el final, el momento era ahora. Lo he seguido con mucho entusiasmo y bastante fiel con algunas excepciones, resultado, 55 K, 💪💪💪, y un herpes zóster que me salía bastante seguido, no ha dado la cara, creo que ya no volverá. Solo me queda terminar con un brote de rosácea que se me manifestó durante la pandemia por primera vez y aún sigue por aquí, pero estoy segura de que se irá también a medida que continúe la vida WildFit. Este programa debería ser parte de la educación básica mundial. Un abrazo infinito.
