Hi, how are you? I'm not a big fan of giving reviews but this one I give with love and with great pleasure. My Name is Berenice Huertas, I'm 58 years old and I've always tried to eat healthy, but I still have health conditions like cholesterol, high triglycerides, hypothyroidism and gastritis. On November 1 I had a heart procedure called an ablation. A catheterization to improve a cardiac arrhythmia that bothered me a lot. I weighed 204 pounds and my body fat percentage was 45 percent. Very dangerous, by the way. After the operation I decided I had to be healthy and I found Wildfit on facebook. I decided to take the challenge sort of to lose a few pounds since for me it's not easy. During the process I started realizing that Wildfit turned into a life-changing experience, because I struggle to stick with a goal. I always start and quit. It was a total learning experience in how to improve my relationship with food and be at peace and calm after eating something. My self-esteem went up because Wildfit is a program where you have a goal and they take you by the hand with strategies to achieve it. Like I was saying it's a life lesson because of all the habits I had to develop to achieve that goal, and the ones that weren't necessary or were harmful I've been leaving behind. It was an easy process and not traumatic at all but at the beginning I was afraid I wouldn't be able to, But with all the the learning that Erick gave us And the support of Karen, Thais and the other members of the tribe I kept moving forward. I can say I completed the challenge even though I still have a lot of things to improve but my awareness about food is no longer mechanical like before or out of control. The photos I took were the ones the program suggested and I can't show them but I'll tell you that now I'm 177 pounds and my body fat percentage is at 40% (like I was saying for me it's not easy to lose weight or fat), my sleep has improved, my gastritis is getting better, I've gone down two clothing sizes, but the most important thing is that I have a clear idea of How to keep going. Maybe it won't be easy but at this moment in my life I have the tools to achieve it. For me this is not a finished challenge. This is a beginning of how to have a healthy relationship with food and a philosophy of living healthier and in harmony. Thank you so much Erick. Thank you Mindvalley. Thank you karen, Thank you Thais and thanks to everyone Who made an effort to make this challenge easier for me.
