I wanted better eating for my family and for me, I have a little girl and I want to show her how to nourish herself in a natural and conscious way. It was very interesting to discover that we don't always eat out of hunger, but because of emotional issues, and discovering how excellent my body feels when I eliminated sugar completely was incredible. I never felt better and with more energy. My health improved and we have implemented changes in the whole family's eating.

Quería una mejor alimentación para mi familia y para mi, tengo una niña pequeña y quiero mostrarle cómo alimentarse de forma natural y consciente. Fue muy interesante descubrir que no siempre comemos por hambre, sino por temas emocionales y descubrir lo excelente que se siente mi cuerpo cuando eliminé el azúcar por completo fue increíble. Nunca me sentí mejor y con más energía. Mejoró mi salud y hemos implementado cambios en la alimentación de toda la familia.
