I suffered with ulcerative colitis for about 5 years and it was getting so bad my family was urging me to go to the hospital. I knew they would want to put me on a bunch of medications for the rest of my life and possibly surgery. I told my family about this thing called the WildFit Challenge and if after 90 days there is no improvement, I would go to the doctor.
I am happy to report the amazing results that my symptoms disappeared completely by day 28!! Here are the other benefits I experienced:
Released 32 lbs ---wow I'm almost back to where I was in my teenage years Acid Reflux GONE---this was really bad for me Improved Sleep--- Eric has me off caffeine now and it feels great Varicose veins diminished--only had a couple but they are barely noticeable now Enlarged prostate--still have symptoms but not near as bad And this sounds a little crazy because it can't be verified but I can feel and sense all of my internal organs healing. Improved skin---I think everyone experienced this one
