I had released 15 lbs, reduced my body fats by 10% and lost several inches in my body measurements
After years of making excuses for being overweight and eating for emotional comfort, she discovered through WildFit that her body was nutritionally deprived. The program transformed her relationship with food, helping her release 15 pounds and reduce body fat by 10%.
I started my Wildfit journey because I was tired of being tired. I worked out but was still well over a healthy weight. I made excuses for being overweight, ex., menopause, age, thyroid issues. The truth was that I was unconscious to the fact that my body was nutritionally deprived and that the foods I was eating were signally my body to store everything. I was in a perpetual Fall season topped with loads and loads of refined sugar. In addition, I was eating for emotional comfort instead of fuel and nutrition. I started Wildfit unsure if I would successfully complete the program. I carried doubt and apprehension because of past failures. I was surprised that I adjusted to the program easily. The enhancements went smoothly although I worried when I would face an enhancement that was a bridge too far. The enhancements I worried most about turned out to be nonissues. I walked away from caffeine and grains and never looked back. Before I knew it we were in the final weeks of the program. I had released 15 lbs, reduced my body fats by 10% and lost several inches in my body measurements. I realized that this program stretched my creativity of what eating healthy actually involves. Wildfit changed my mindset on food and nutrition. I am kinder to myself and recognize that I was misinformed most of my life on what a healthy diet really is. I am ready to move forward on my journey of self improvement, enjoying every moment. Thank you Wildfit coaches (Melanie and Eric) and my tribe for this experience. It has been life changing. ?
